Why does a capacitor block DC but lets AC pass through it?

I came across this humourous and interesting answer to the question of "Why does a capacitor block DC but lets AC pass through it?" on Facebook.

Talk about thinking out of the box...

If you are an examiner, what would you say to this student?

  1. Ten points for creativity and cleverness. It's at least more interesting for the examiner than looking at a blank page, even if it's nonsense.

  2. It might even be the highlight of the paper marking session for the examiner! Something out of the ordinary to break the mundane routine. I'd throw in a few more points for entertainment value!
