Getting Back to the Basics of Electrical Measurements

I just finished reading this refreshing EE Times white paper on Getting Back to the Basics of Electrical Measurements by Derek MacLachlan from Keithley Instruments. He packaged fundamental good measurement practices into four steps:

  1. Define measurement performance
  2. Design measurement system
  3. Build and verify system performance
  4. Make measurements and regular calibration intervals
